Retry mechanism for creating Tasks at the end of the call (Pilot)

It's possible to enable mechanism for persisting Call End Events in case of the problems in Salesforce organisation during creating Tasks. If it's enabled then there's an automatic retry process for Task creation. If automatic retry process is failing it's possible to see the failure reason on Call End Event record. It's also possible to manually start retry mechanism from Developer Console in Salesforce.
