Summary

Remove custom NVM Phone fields that are preventing Salesforce platform encryption (feature)

The custom NVM formula phone fields were removed so Salesforce Platform Encryption can be enabled

Background Actions are not being processed (bug fix)

Replacing usage of schedulable jobs with queueable jobs during background actions processing.  This is a performance fix for code shared by a number of features.

Tasks not being written in organisations with more than 100,000 InteractionEvents (bug fix)

Fixed the problem with adding Tasks for customers with a large number of Interaction events.
