Summary

Link calls to Name and Related objects

This feature is enabled by default for new package installs and disabled for package upgrades. It can be enabled or disabled by changing the Link call to Name and Related object setting in the Custom Settings. For more information, see Configuring custom settings for optional Vonage Contact Center features in Salesforce.

Availability

This feature is available in all packages.

Agent changes

Users will now easily be able to specify both the Name and Related To values for a call while it is in progress. For more information see Relating a call to multiple Salesforce records.

Dependencies

This functionality is only available when using the Task Refresh.

If you are upgrading to this version of ContactWorld in Salesforce from a version prior to 2.9.9, you must upgrade to version 2.9.9 first.
