Errors when saving notes or linking a call using the Log A Call Quick Action

Agent changes

Agents should no longer encounter a specific "Attempt to de-reference a null object" error when saving notes or linking a call using the Log A Call Quick Action.

Salesforce administrator changes

The installed version of the ContactWorld for Salesforce package must be upgraded to version 2.9.11
