Agent hints in Agent Workspace

If enabled for your account, admin users can configure agent hints that appear above the log interaction area when an inbound interaction is delivered to an agent. Hints contain custom information about the interaction. They may inform the agent how to greet the customer to ensure brand consistency or they may provide important contextual information to enable the agent to provide the best customer experience. Hints remain present throughout the interaction but agents can collapse them.
