Using agent hints in Agent Workspace

If configured for your account, when you receive an interaction an agent hint may appear above the log interaction area in Agent Workspace. Hints contain custom information about the interaction. They may tell you how to greet the customer or they may provide important information about how to handle the interaction.

If a hint appears when you receive an interaction, you can't close it. However, if appropriate, you can click the down arrow to collapse the hint, giving you more space to perform other tasks.
