Accessing the interaction ID in Agent Workspace

At times you may need to access the unique identifier for an interaction — the interaction ID. You might need the interaction ID in a support case, for example. You can access the interaction ID while you are busy on an interaction.

To access the interaction ID, while dealing with an interaction, go to the information metadata tab in the Insights panel. For information about the Insights panel, see Using the insights panel in Agent Workspace. Alongside Interaction ID, click the copy icon

When copied, you can paste the interaction ID into a message to send to support, for example.
