Using the insights panel in Agent Workspace
The insights panel in Agent Workspace shows context-based information and provides access to actions relating to an agent’s current interaction.
Accessing insights panel features
To access the different features within the insights panel, use the icons in the right-hand navigation bar.
You can identify the different features by their icons:
