Copying a schedule
To copy a schedule, go to Schedules. Schedules is located within the Administration product area in Vonage Contact Center admin portal. For information about accessing and navigating Schedules, see Accessing and navigating Schedules.
To copy a schedule, locate the schedule you want to copy — by searching or filtering if required — and click the menuicon. Click Copy in the menu that appears.
In the dialog box that appears, provide a name for the new schedule. By default, the name is Copy of followed by the name of the schedule you are copying. The new schedule cannot have the same name as any of the existing schedules.
When you have provided a new name, click Copy. A new schedule appears in the list.
