Deleting a schedule

To delete a schedule, go to Schedules. Schedules is located within the Administration product area in Vonage Contact Center admin portal. For information about accessing and navigating Schedules, see Accessing and navigating Schedules.

To delete a schedule, locate the schedule you want to delete — by searching or filtering if required — and click the menu

icon. Click Delete in the menu that appears.

In the dialog box that appears, check you are trying to delete the correct schedule. If you are happy to proceed, click Delete. The schedule no longer appears in the list.
