Summary

Continuous Mode (feature)

Enabled automatically if the dynamic Dial Lists feature is enabled for your account:

Agent changes

None.

Supervisor changes

When creating a dial list you to enable Continuous Mode check the checkbox labelled Continuously check for new and updated records

Salesforce administrator changes

Action - Update cloned permission sets

Dial List (API Name NVMConnect__DialList__c) has been extended with a new field named: Continuous Mode (API Name NVMConnect__TopUp__c).

If you have cloned either or both of the Connect Agent and Connect Supervisor permission sets then you should grant read and edit access to this field.

Action - Remove deprecated field Prevent Refresh

The field NVMConnect__Prevent_Refresh__c has been deleted from the Managed Package and can be deleted from your org.

Single list with multiple users improvement (bug fix)

Enabled automatically if the Single List with Multiple User feature is enabled for your account:

Agent changes

This version resolves an issue where an agent accessing several Single list with multiple user type dial lists of equal priority may not have received them in the expected round robin order.

System.LimitException too many queries 101 when finding next dial entry (bug fix)

Enabled automatically if the dynamic Dial List feature is enabled for your account:

Agent changes

This version resolves an issue where an agent requesting their next dial entry to work on might experience an unhandled exception “System.LimitException too many queries 101”. We now ensure limits are checked to avoid breaching this limit.
