Progressive Dialler (bug fix)

Agent changes

This version fixes a bug which occurred when using progressive dialing in a dial list in automatic mode. 

Previously, in the progressive dialer, when a 'Continue to next record' task triggered a new outbound call from the dial list, the dialer failed to detect how to proceed after completing the call.

The progressive dialler now progresses correctly in this scenario.

Create & Edit Dial List Label Changes (enhancement)

We have aligned the labels for operators on the dial list builder to match those used by Salesforce elsewhere in their UI.
