Summary

Intermittent task creation/update failure for Non-Connect Users (bug fix)

Some non-Connect users were facing a QueryException error while trying to update tasks due to the lack of access to the Connect objects. The trigger has been modified to be executed only for users with appropriate permissions.

Action - Update cloned permission sets

A new custom permission has been added: Can Update Tasks.

If you have cloned either or both of the Connect Agent and Connect Supervisor permission sets, you should grant the permission to the users.
