Pause applet
The Pause applet introduces a configurable delay in an interaction plan. It pauses the interaction for a specified duration, after which the interaction continues and is routed to the next applet.
The Pause applet is used exclusively in message plan types and is not supported in the default plan type.
Use the Pause applet to control timing within your interaction flows, for example, to wait before sending a follow-up message or triggering a next action.
Set Pause Duration
Once you add the Pause applet to your interaction plan, you can configure the following settings:
