AlertContact applet
Overview
The Alert Contact applet triggers the outbound dial to the customer.
Parameters
To set up the Alert Contact applet, configure the following parameters:
Data Sources
Data sources are placeholders for the data sources' values at run time. Vonage Contact Center replaces the placeholder with a value before comparing the values.
Parameter | Options | Description |
If agent channel ends first | List of available applets | The applet that the interaction is routed to if the agent's channel ends first. Leave blank to end the interaction. |
If contact channel ends first | List of available applets | The applet that the call is routed to if the contact's channel ends first. Leave blank to end the interaction. |
Presented address | Text | The number that the customer sees. Can be predefined or left blank for the account default. If a data source is not used, this value should be one of your callback numbers. |
To address | Text | The value that identifies where the interaction will be routed. Can be predefined or left blank for the original number. |
