Working with scheduled deliveries in Historical Analytics

Users with the viewer license can only see owned schedules.
Scheduled deliveries are located within the Historical Analytics product area within in Insights in the Vonage Contact Center admin portal. For information about accessing and navigating Historical Analytics, see Accessing and navigating Insights products. To get to the scheduled deliveries list, go to the Scheduled deliveries tab.
If no deliveries have been scheduled, the Scheduled deliveries tab will be empty. For information about scheduling deliveries, see the Scheduling delivery of a Historical Analytics dashboard section in Using Historical Analytics.
If deliveries have been scheduled, they appear in a list which includes:
the name of the scheduled delivery
the name of the dashboard that is delivered
the creator
the current owner
when it will be sent
to whom it will be sent
Editing a scheduled delivery
When editing, you can change almost all values set while scheduling the delivery, except for the recurrence of the delivery. To change the recurrence, you must go to the scheduled delivery in the dashboard it was created in. For information, see the Scheduling delivery of a Historical Analytics dashboard section in Using Historical Analytics.
To edit a scheduled delivery, perform the following steps:
Go to the Scheduled deliveries tab, click the edit icon
alongside the scheduled delivery you want to edit to open the side panel.
Use the panel to modify the following:Settings: general delivery settings, including the name, destination, recipients, and format. You can also transfer the ownership of the delivery to another user.
Advanced options: options such as the custom message and timezone of the delivery time.
After making changes, click Update to store the new settings or click Cancel to discard them.
Confirm the operation.
The scheduled delivery appears with changes applied.
Deleting a scheduled delivery
To delete a scheduled delivery, you must be the owner of the delivery. If required, edit the delivery to change the owner to yourself.
Please note that only users holding the creator license can perform this operation.
To delete a scheduled delivery, from the Scheduled deliveries tab, click the delete icon alongside the scheduled delivery you want to delete. You'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete the delivery. Click Delete and the delivery no longer appears in the list.
