Summary
Unobtrusive error handling of failed Progressive Dialler calls when agent busy on another call
Agent changes
The Progressive Dialler may attempt to make an outbound call simultaneously with an inbound call being delivered to an agent.
Previously, this would result in a toast message being presented to the agent with the message "Unable to place call - Agent is not available".
As of this version, this error is ignored only for automated dials made by the Progressive Dialler.
