The improvement is enabled by default.
Agent changes
Previously, agents working with dial lists, were experiencing record locking conflicts. This experience was coherent across all types of dial lists:
Single List
Multiple List
Single List with Multiple Users (filtered by record ownership)
The new performance improvement reduces the record locking conflicts in all areas of the Dialler product.
