Summary

This release resolves a stability issue affecting toast notifications when browser tabs are reactivated after being backgrounded. It also adds the custom field Escalation Target to the Voice Call record.

Availability

This feature will affect all customers on the Salesforce Voice package.

Occasional toast notification errors (Bug fix)

Resolved an issue where a backgrounded browser tab could occasionally trigger an error when returning to the application. This fix ensures the interface remains stable and the toast notifications display correctly after the tab is reactivated.

Addition of custom field Escalation Target to Voice Call record

Previously, admins had to create the Escalation Target field manually in the Voice call record. With this package version, the field is created by the package.

If you already have an Agentforce agent escalation flow created, then you would have to update the escalation flow to populate this field coming from the managed package with the escalation target. Both the custom and packaged versions will be supported until further notice.
