Configuring Data Retention access

Only admin users can access Data Retention to change interaction content storage settings or export interaction content.

By default, an admin user can't export interaction content — they need an additional permission to do so. To enable the user to export interaction content, edit their feature permissions in User Admin. Alongside Bulk download interaction content within the Interaction Content section, select Yes.
