To access Call Plan Architect, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ContactWorld as an Administrator.
    • If you are the administrator of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access Call Plan Architect for, and click Select.
    ContactWorld appears.
  2. In the Services section, click Call Plan Architect. Call Plan Architect appears.

You can now use Call Plan Architect to create your call plan.
