Connect provides various custom fields on the Dial List object. These fields contain information that helps you work with your Dial Lists.
For new installations of Connect these fields are available by default on the included page layouts, list views and the Dial List home tab (search layout). Conversely, if you are upgrading from a previous version of Connect, you must add the fields to your layouts yourself.
Connect has added the following custom fields to the Dial List object:
Custom Field Label | Description |
---|---|
Start Time | Describe the permissible call times for calls in the Dial List. For information about permissible call times, see Permissible call times for Dial Lists. |
End Time | |
Time Zone | |
Assigned Agents | A roll up summary field that shows how many agents are currently assigned to the Dial List |
Outstanding Calls | Displays a count of the number of outstanding calls for this Dial List. |
