The Self Service Transfer to PCI applet transfers a call from Vonage Contact Center to a secure IVR PCI environment. The applet is part of the standalone payment feature.The Self Service Transfer to PCI applet relies on values that one or more Data Connector applets have retrieved previously in the interaction plan. The following values are required:

  • The telephone number for the IVR framework
  • The CLID for the caller that identifies their payment details that have previously been passed to the IVR framework

When the payment is complete, the call is routed to the applet that you select in Next Applet.

Transfer To PCI Self Service Settings

Transfer CLID Data SourceList of available data sources or IVR slots

The data source or IVR slot that contains the CLID that identifies payment details. Vonage Contact Center transfers this value to the IVR framework.
