How do I automate whether or not ContactWorld records an outbound call?
If enabled for your account, you can configure ContactWorld to automatically record outbound calls.
ContactWorld provides three different methods of automating call recording:
- If enabled for your account, you can configure whether ContactWorld should record outbound calls based on the dialed number's prefix. This method does not require Apex code. For information about configuring ContactWorld to determine whether to record outbound calls based on the dialed number's prefix, see Configuring prefix-based call recording.
- If enabled for your account you can configure whether ContactWorld should record outbound calls based on the value in a field in the record that contains the dialed number. This method does not require Apex code. For information about configuring ContactWorld to determine whether to record outbound calls based on a field's value, see Configuring field-based call recording.
- If enabled for your account, you can configure whether ContactWorld should record outbound calls using Apex. For information about using Apex to determine whether or not to record an outbound call, see Automating call recording for outbound calls using Apex.
