To log in as a ContactWorld administratorsupervisor, perform the following steps:

1. In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.

   Column width 60% If you provide incorrect or invalid details, you receive an error message. Column width 40%

   Column width 60% If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password?. Type your username and email address in the page that appears. Click Email Password Reset Link. You are sent an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email. Column width 40%

2. If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to administersupervise.

   Column width 60% Select the account from the list and click Select. Column width 40%
