How do I log in to ContactWorld?

To log in as a ContactWorld supervisor, perform the following steps:

1. In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.

   If you provide your correct login details but your account is already locked, you receive an Account Locked email with instructions to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld password. If you have forgotten your password, click click Forgot your password?. Type your username and email address in the page that appears. Click Email Password Reset Link. You are sent an email with instructions to reset your password. 2. If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.
