ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia is integrated with Salesforce1the Salesforce Mobile App. You can therefore use ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia features when you make calls to customers using the Salesforce app on your mobile phone.

To use ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia on your mobile phone, perform the following steps:
In the Salesforce app on your mobile device, open the contact, or other Salesforce object, you want to call.
Section Column width 60% In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, tap the plus icon.
Column width 40% In the menu, click NVM Call.
Section Column width 60% Column width 40% If the contact has more than one phone number, tap the phone number you want to call.
Section Column width 60% Column width 40% Add notes during call.
Section Column width 60% When you have completed making notes, tap Submit.
Column width 40% At the end of the call, ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia adds a call activity record in Salesforce that includes the call duration, start time, notes you provide during the call, and so on.
