  1. In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.

    • If you provide incorrect or invalid details, or if your account has been locked, you receive an error message.

    • If your password has expired, you are prompted to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your NewVoiceMedia platform password.
  2. If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.
