From the homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.
In the menu that appears, click ContactPad.
Section Column width 60% A new window appears informing that you are logged in as a supervisor.
Column width 40% Click LINK AN AGENT.

Column width 40% Provide your agent's username and password and click Submit.

Column width 40% Read the information carefully and, if you want to continue, click Submit.
Section Column width 60% Your supervisor user and agent user are now linked. Click Logout. You can now log in
to theto the NewVoiceMedia platform and ContactPad using your supervisor login details.
Info When you log out of the NewVoiceMedia platform you will automatically log out of ContactPad at the same time.
