1. Log in to the NewVoiceMedia platform as a supervisor. For information about logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platform, see Logging in to the NewVoiceMedia platformVonage Contact Center Admin Portal.

2. From the homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.

   In the menu that appears, click ContactPad.
   A new window appears informing that you are logged in as a supervisor.

3. Click LINK AN AGENT.
   An agent login form appears.

   Provide your agent's username and password and click Submit.
   A confirmation page appears.

5. Read the information carefully and, if you want to continue, click Submit.

   Your supervisor user and agent user are now linked. Click Logout. You can now log in

   to the

   to the NewVoiceMedia platform and ContactPad using your supervisor login details.

   When you log out of the NewVoiceMedia platform you will automatically log out of ContactPad at the same time. When you log out of ContactPad you will automatically log out of the NewVoiceMedia platform at the same time.
