Upload audio file of this announcement from your PCAudio (.wav) file

The audio file that contains the announcement that is played when the call is routed to this applet. The announcement tells the caller what information to provide using their telephone key pad.

The applet plays the audio file a maximum of ten times, waiting 5 seconds between each. After playing the audio file ten times, the call is routed to the next applet.

Click Choose File to launch an Open dialog box. Select the audio file you want to use for the announcement.

Alternative TextText

If you do not provide an audio file, you can type text that NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center converts to speech. The speech is played when the call is routed to this applet.
