IVR Collect Digit applet

The IVR Collect Digit applet collects a digit, in an IVR slot, that a caller provides using their telephone key pad. The applet stores this digit in the specified digit IVR Slot. For example, a post-call survey can use the IVR Collect Digit applet to collect responses to questions.

Upload audio file of this announcement from your PC

Audio (.wav) file

The audio file that contains the announcement that is played when the call is routed to this applet. The announcement tells the caller what information to provide using their telephone key pad.

Maximum times

The applet plays the audio file a maximum of ten times, waiting 5 seconds between each. After playing the audio file ten times, the call is routed to the next applet.

Click Choose File to launch an Open dialog box. Select the audio file you want to use for the announcement.

Alternative Text

Text

If you do not provide an audio file, you can type text that Vonage Contact Center converts to speech. The speech is played when the call is routed to this applet.

The applet plays the alternative text a maximum of ten times, waiting 5 seconds between each. After playing the alternative text ten times, the call is routed to the next applet.
