In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.
- If you provide incorrect or invalid details, or if your account has been locked, you receive an error message.
- If you provide your correct login details but your account is already locked, you receive an Account Locked email with instructions to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your NewVoiceMedia platform Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal password.
- If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your NewVoiceMedia platform Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal password.
