Sometimes, to To ensure that we maintain the high standards our customers are accustomed to, we need have taken the decision to delay the release of certain features . In this case, some within our Spring '17 Release.
Currently, a portion of our US based customers will not have access to the four features as previously stated. These features are listed below. This delay will not affect any of the functionality that those affected currently enjoy within
- Agent Session Management
- Intended State
- Disposition Codes (Pilot)
- API (Pilot)
As you can seePlease note: if you are already using any of the above features, your account is not affected by this delay. Also, as shown on the above list, two of these the the delayed features are currently on our pilot program and will not affect your expected experiencePilot program.
We are working to rectify this situation deliver these features as quickly as we canpossible. If, however, you do not have access to these features and have an urgent need for them, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team, who may be able to will prioritize your request.
