We would like to notify you that unfortunately some of the features in our Spring '17 Release have been delayed.
To ensure that we maintain the high standards our customers are accustomed to, we have taken the decision to delay the release of certain features within our Spring '17 Release.
Currently, a portion of our US based customers will not have access to the four features listed below.
- Agent Session Management
- Intended State
- Disposition Codes (Pilot)
- API (Pilot)
Please note: if you are already using any of the above features, your account is not affected by this delay. Also, as shown on the above list, two of the the delayed features are currently on our Pilot program.
We are working to deliver these features as quickly as possible. If, however, you have an urgent need for them, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team, who will prioritize your request.
We will post a further update once the delayed features are available for all US customers and apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
