  • In Username, type your username.

    If you have previously logged in using your account name, agent ID and PIN, your username is your account name followed by an underscore (_) and then your agent ID number. For example, YourCompany_1234. Otherwise you will have received your username in your welcome email.


  • In Password, if you have previously set a password, type your password. Otherwise use your PIN.

    The first time you log in to ContactPad with a password, you must set a password for your account. For information about setting your password for the first time, see Setting a password for ContactPad. After you have chosen a password, you can log in to ContactPad using that password.

    If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you have locked your account, you must reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactPad password.
