How do I log in to ContactWorld?

In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.
- If you provide incorrect or invalid details, or if your account has been locked, you receive an error message.
- If you provide your correct login details but your account is already locked, you receive an Account Locked email with instructions to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia platform password.
- If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia platform password.
- If your password has expired, you are prompted to reset your password. For information about resetting your password, see Resetting your ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia platform password.
- If you provide incorrect or invalid details, or if your account has been locked, you receive an error message.
If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.
Section Column width 60% Select the account from the list and click Select.
