To make and receive calls using ContactWorld in Salesforce, you must have a Salesforce API user set up and you must link ContactWorld to this user. For information about linking ContactWorld to a Salesforce user, see Linking ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia to a Salesforce account. To access and use the ContactWorld API correctly, the API user must have permissions to various objects, fields, pages and Apex classes included in the ContactWorld package. The ContactWorld API user permission set includes all the permissions that the API user needs.
