Ability to assign groups to a dial list

Supervisor changes
Supervisors can now assign user groups to a dial list using the Assign Groups button.

Salesforce administrator changes
Add the Assign Groups button to the dial list page layout if you are updating from an earlier version of Connect.
Add the Synchronize Assigned Groups button to the Dial List list view. Follow the steps mentioned here Adding a custom button to a Dial List list view.
Removed Assigned Agents field from dial dist object

Supervisor changes
The Assigned Agents field on the dial dist has been removed. The number of the assigned agents in the dial list can now be found in the dialListStatistics component in the dial list detail page.
Salesforce administrator changes
Remove the NVMConnect__AssignedAgents__c field from the NVMConnect__DialList__c object. Add the dialListStatistics component to the dial list detail page, if not already added.
