To customize the announcements that the Data Announcer applet plays, you must supply a number of recordings. These recordings must include the text in your chosen voice. For information about the recordings that the Data Announcer applet requires, see Announcements in the Data Announcer applet230570091. For information about recording your own audio, see Recording and preparing audio used in applets.
When you have recorded the audio, send the audio files to Vonage Contact Center.
