1. Go to App Manager within Setup in Salesforce.
2. Locate the Lightning app you want to add ContactPad to, click the arrow on the right-hand side and click Edit. Edit App appears.
   
3. Click UTILITY BAR and then click Add. A new drop-down appears.
4. Locate and click Dialler in the list of components. Dialler appears in the list of utility bar items.
   

5. Edit the following properties for the component:

   Property	Value
   Label	Connect
   Icon	apps
   Panel Width	250
   Panel Height

   140

   220
   Load in background when app opens	Selected

   

6. Click Save.

Connect now appears on the utility bar for your chosen app.
