Adding Connect to Salesforce Lightning Experience apps
After you install Connect, you must make Connect available to agents to use. How you make Connect available depends on where you want to add the feature.
To add Connect to page layouts in Salesforce Lightning Experience, see Adding Connect to a page layout in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
To add Connect to the utility bar in Salesforce Lightning Experience, see Adding Connect to the utility bar in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
If you are using Connect in Salesforce Lightning Experience, to optimize the time taken in each request to find a new Dial Entry, add the MULTI_LIST_CLIENT_CONTROL flag in the Flags field in custom settings. For information about editing custom settings, see Creating or editing custom settings for Connect.
If you are using an app in Salesforce Classic, see Adding Connect to Salesforce Classic apps.
