To upgrade to the latest version of ContactWorld for Salesforce (CW4SF), perform the following steps:
- Log into the host Salesforce Org.Open the URL provided in Installing the latest version of ContactWorld for Salesforce. In the Password field
Insert excerpt _ExcerptSalesforceInstallation _ExcerptSalesforceInstallation nopanel true In the field labelled This app is password protected., type the password provided to you and click Submit.
Package Upgrade Details appear.Click Continue. Step 1. Handle Component Name Conflicts appears.
Click Automatically attempt to rename conflicting components in installing package. Click Next. Step 2. Approve Package API Access appears.
Click Next. Step 3. Choose Security Level appears.
Click Grant Access to all users. Click Next. Step 4. Install Package appears.
- Click Install.

Click Install for All Users.
Click Install.
The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.
