To upgrade to the latest version of ContactWorld in Salesforce, perform the following steps:
- Log into the host Salesforce Org.
Insert excerpt _ExcerptSalesforceInstallation _ExcerptSalesforceInstallation nopanel true In the field labelled This app is password protected., type the password provided to you.
Click Install for All Users.
Click Install.
The installation starts. You receive an email when the installation is complete.
You must now configure your installation of ContactWorld in Salesforce. For information about configuring CW4SF ContactWorld, see Configuring ContactWorld for in Salesforce.
