The fields NVMConnectVCCConnect_Calls_Outstanding__c
and NVMConnectVCCConnect__List_Entries__c
on NVMConnectVCCConnect_DialList__c
are no longer used and should be removed.
The field NVMConnectVCCConnect_Outstanding_Calls__c
should be be added to page layouts that show NVMConnectVCCConnect_DialList__c
.
Add the Agents Assigned
field to the Dial List page layout:
