Two-factor authentication helps keep user's accounts and data safe. If switched on for a user, two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring the user to provide two different forms of identification before accessing their account. Currently, if enabled for your account, two-factor authentication using email is available.
If enabled, admin users can switch two-factor authentication on for individual or multiple users in User Admin. For information, see Configuring individual users, Configuring multiple users (using bulk actions).
If switched on for a user, the user will get an email with a one-time code the next time they log in. For more information, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal, Logging in to ContactPad.
