To access Call Plan Interaction Plans Architect, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ContactWorld as an Administratorthe VCC Admin Portal as a supervisor. For information on logging in to the VCC Admin Portal, see Logging in to the Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
    • If you are the administrator supervisor of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access Call Plan Interaction Plans Architect for, and click Select.
    ContactWorld Vonage Contact Center appears.In the Services section, click Call Plan Architect. Call Plan Architect
  2. Go to Architect (within Interaction Plans). Interaction Plans Architect appears.

You can now use Call Plan Interaction Plans Architect to create your call interaction plan.
