To access Interaction Plans Architect, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to ContactWorld as an Administratorthe VCC Admin Portal as a supervisor. For information on logging in to ContactWorldthe VCC Admin Portal, see Logging in to ContactWorldthe Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal.
   • If you are the administrator supervisor of multiple accounts, select the account that you want to access Interaction Plans Architect for, and click Select.
   ContactWorld Vonage Contact Center appears.

2. From the ContactWorld homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page.

   In the menu that appears, click Interaction Architect. Interaction Architect 

   Go to Architect (within Interaction Plans). Interaction Plans Architect appears.

You can now use Interaction Plans Architect to create your interaction plan.
