How do I log in to ContactPad?

To use ContactPad you must log in as an agent. You can either log in to ContactPad directly, or through ContactWorldthe VCC Admin Portal.

If you log in through ContactWorld or see only Username and Password fields in the ContactPad login screen, provide the following information:

In Username, type your username.

If you have previously logged in using your account name, agent ID and PIN, your username is your account name followed by an underscore (_) and then your agent ID number. For example, YourCompany_1234. Otherwise you will have received your username in your welcome email.

In Password, if you have previously set a password, type your password. Otherwise use your PIN.

  • In Username, type your username.

  • In Password, if you have previously set a password, type your password.

If two-factor authentication is switched on for your account, you may be asked to provide a code sent to your email address. You'll need to provide a new code every 7 days, any time you use a different device, browser, or network, or if you enter the wrong password two times in a row. The code is 6 digits long and is valid for 5 minutes.

To open ContactPad from the VCC Admin Portal homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page. In the menu that appears, click ContactPad.
