To enable popping in Salesforce Lightning Experience apps, switch on the Always Pop Matching Record in Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Consolethe Salesforce Integration - pop matching records in Lightning experience feature for your account in the Account the Account Feature Control section in System Settings in the VCC Admin PortalControl section in the Configuration (Account Settings) area of Vonage Contact Center. For information about switching on features for your account, see see Controlling features for your account.
